 According to Google Maps, it is 67.5km from Cairns to Port Douglas and will take your private driver approximately 1hr mins by road. In comparison, a shuttle bus service may take significantly longer when taking into consideration likely drop-offs and pick-ups at accommodations enroute.

A reasonable amount of luggage is allowed with all suppliers. Generally 1 item as carry on and 1 item checked baggage per passenger. Some larger items may be charged extra. Please email us if you have excess or oversized luggage as we may need to arrange for extra luggage space eg trailer.

Departure requirements from Cairns Airport vary between international and domestic departures. For international departures it's recommended to arrive at the airport at least 2-3 hours before your flight's scheduled departure. For domestic departures, we recommend that you arrive 1-1.5 hours prior to departure.

Our hours are flexible based upon your travel requirements.

Cancel outside 2 weeks or 14 days prior to transfer - no cancellation charge.

Cancel within 2 weeks or 14 days prior to transfer - Full price less 20% cancellation fee will be refunded.

Cancel within 24 hours prior to transfer - there will be no refund (charge in full)
